It's always an exciting moment when somebody decides to "go all in". The moment when someone declares that from this point on, I am putting everything on the line. Your mind might take you to the game of poker when hearing "I'm all in". But somebody that goes all in in the game of poker is taking a big risk that might not yield a great return. Spiritually, when you decide to go "all in", it can be a step of great faith, but it will always yield a great return. My mind takes me to Peter, who upon seeing Jesus walking on the water asked Him if he himself could go and walk on the water, Jesus accepted. I can see Peter debating, thinking to himself, "Should I?" "Will I sink?" "Will I really be able to do it like Him?" You know how the story goes, Peter decided to go "all in". And when he did, he was able to walk on the water. It was not until he took his eyes off of Jesus that he fell. I want to encourage you to sell out to Jesus, give Him your whole heart, go all in. It is worth every second.
